Gesa is a member-owned credit union with over 80 locations. They have a focus on integrating their community. We partnered with them to create an API to connect live mortgage and financing rates, pulling them live onto the site for the user. Additionally, our team developed the entire site to be multilingual.
Gesa wanted the ability to improve their website through continuous iteration, but they had no direct access to their site's hosting environment, which stifled progress.
Never Settle rebuilt and optimized Gesa's marketing website to make it easier to maintain, and moved it to a more robust, secure, external hosting environment for which they had full access.
The marketing department now has full control over their website without relying on the IT department, allowing them to effectively evolve their brand.
Gesa's main requirement was to be able to update the content on their website, which they weren't able to do. Never Settle not only rebuilt the website giving the Gesa marketing team full access, but fully optimized the website, moved it to a more robust and secure hosting environment and built additional custom functionality Gesa wanted, but didn't have previously.
As well as rebuilding the Gesa site, Never Settle expanded the functionality. New features such as English and Spanish versions of the content were built as well as a custom map location finder allowing users to search and filter locations. With over 80 locations, the User Experience was important to get right, and since no existing solution met the right standards, Never Settle built something custom.
After completing the initial requirements Gesa requested, the relationship with Never Settle continues. Gesa have an on-going retainer with Never Settle to continue to offer maintenance and additional custom functionality when required. This continuous relationship allows Gesa to continue to grow quickly and have the support they need, should they need it.
