Organize Simply has a large Social Media following and had been featured on TV multiple times. Offering a truly unique service to high-end clients meant communicating this effectively to those with such a need. Partnering with Never Settle, Never Settle lead Organize Simply through a deep design discovery to understand who they and their clients are before building an extensive UI/UX Prototype to translate our findings into a 1:1 scale mock up of the new website.
The strategy of the website was to attract the right users, not a large number of users. Those who use Organize Simply's services tend to be wealthier individuals who don't have the time to organize. With this in mind the strategic appraoch to the User Journey and the Content of the website was to make the founder the focal point, since she was the face of Social Media and had been the one on various TV shows.
The aim with all Never Settle websites is to build what a business needs now but with the space they need to grow. Never Settle's WordPress page builders give clients full control over their content, making it easy to make changes to existing content as well as building new pages from scratch.
