Deaths related to malaria and sanitation based illnesses, which are widespread in many parts of the world, are completely preventable. Never Settle acquired Osana because it is an incredible product, uniquely positioned to make an impact in both areas. It is an all-natural mosquito repellent bar of soap which helps prevent mosquito bites while improving sanitation conditions. It also operates with the core business model of donating at least 20% of all sales to impact those world causes which again aligns with the Never Settle eco-system. In order to achieve and maintain this positive affect on a worldwide scale, Osana needed a brand, technology platform and fulfillment solution that could support their global awareness and distribution needs. Never Settles mission is about relationships and people and so Osana was super intriguing and the journey has been rewarding.
We started by creating the brand and messaging. We wanted both to be applicable and appealing to westerners while communicating the world causes Osana was established to address. Once we finalized the name, brand and messaging, we then developed marketing material, the website, multiple eCommerce stores, and a custom order fulfillment technology to automate shipping from every online cart including Amazon. With this foundation in place, we continue to streamline the company’s business processes and establish the global partnerships necessary to ensure our donation channels are effective in their impact on malaria. The skills and team that Never Settle brings to the table are the key to seeing the mission come to fruition.

A WORLD CAUSE WORTH ACQUIRING
We loved Osana so much, and the owners unanimously agreed it was in the company’s best interest, that in 2014 we acquired it. This was a critical step in taking Osana to the next level and completing a foundation for scaling it into a competitive and unique world-wide health product.
Web Development to Implement a Custom eCommerce Fulfillment Technology
While most online businesses begin with PayPal to support their online commerce, we built a custom shopping cart for Osana based on WooCommerce and WordPress to grow with the company. Osana quickly outgrew its garage-based fulfillment and shipping operations, and the custom e-commerce foundation allowed us to rapidly build a powerful, one-of-a-kind integration solution for the world’s largest fulfillment provider: Amazon (FBA). We did this by writing custom code that connected WordPress API’s, WooCommerce API’s, and Amazon API’s. This completely automated all product shipping for Osana and freed up time and logistics to focus impacting its world cause. The custom fulfillment integration worked so well we turned it into a premium WordPress plugin so that any business can quickly and easily integrate their WooCommerce cart and FBA.
Since then we have continued to manage and build technology automation, reporting, and tools to further enhance Osana’s business operations. In addition, we have been consulting to establish strategic global sales partners, trustworthy and effective donation channels, and key relationships with humanitarian organizations in local areas which are at high risk for malaria and sanitation problems. Osana has a long way to go to reach it’s ambitious objectives, and Never Settle is helping reach them every step of the way.
