Princeton Tec is a family-run brand offering lighting to the US military and outdoor enthusiasts. They partnered with Never Settle to bring their business into D2C sales after focused on B2B for decades with strategy and a custom WooCommerce website.
Princeton Tec were already established as a leader in military and outdoor lighting, but wanted to sell directly to their own customers rather than through third parties.
Never Settle helped strategize their business setup to add D2C as an additional sales channel, while designing UI/UX and developing a custom website to allow for both D2C and B2B sales.
Additional revenue through their newly formed D2C sales channel and a bespoke Ecommerce store that continues to adapt to their on-going, ever-changing business requirements.
Never Settle is a unique full-service agency that offers consultation as well as typical agency services. It was this consulting and partnership approach that lead Princeton Tec to choose Never Settle over anyone else. Figuring out the logistics behind adding a new sales channel, how this is worked into their current user journey and how this is communicated as a brand were all areas Never Settle partnered with Princeton Tec on that ultimately lead to the final solution.
Princeton Tec had recently gone through a full rebrand prior to approaching Never Settle but needed help translating this into a new website. Plus with the addition of the D2C sales channel while also retaining B2B meant Never Settle had two ver different audiences to cater to when it came to discovering and purchasing products. After an extensive UI/UX prototype, Never Settle landed on a custom WooCommerce Ecommerce store that was visually appealing yet had pre-defined user journeys mapped out. So much so the website has won a range of awards.
Never Settle partners with brands post-launch to offer support to help them reach their business goals. With Princeton Tec, Never Settle has continued to develop additional functionality and evolve the website to meet their on-going business needs.
