Increasing in-patient occupancy while also meeting the needs of less acute addiction challenges through an online recovery course.

Solution

We helped the client understand their patient needs to develop the New Day assisted road to freedom, which includes in-patient and online counseling support for mental health.

Result

The in-patient program capacity reached full or nearly full for a period of 24 months. We assisted with the development and launch of a new online addiction recovery program as well as mental counseling services.
