Understanding The Marketplace

Christian dating apps not only have to compete in a competitive marketplace, but also convey safety and authenticity to its target audience. Those wanting to use these apps want to connect with genuine people, something many have struggled with using traditional dating apps. Ark already had an incredible platform, but communicating their USPs including their member verification, was not being communicated effectively. After analyzing their key competitors, Never Settle were able to strategize on the best way forward for the brand.

Refreshing The Brand

Since the Ark app was already developed, the challenge we had was to take the brand in the right direction but without disconnecting it from the product. While keeping true to general brand aesthetic, we were careful to update the overall Brand Messaging to better align with the app's USPs as well as elevate the brand visually to not only stand out, but to exceed what was already in the marketplace.

Crafted for conversions

Custom Webflow Website

The existing Ark website only contained a couple of pages and didn't explore the 'why' behind the app. Building on the newly refreshed brand, we went through a UI/UX Prototype design process before building out a custom Webflow website. With more pages that lead users on a journey of discovery through to conversion, we ensured Ark were highlighting their platform's USPs while reassuring users without any form of hard sale.
