Never Settle are an award-winning digital marketing agency that partners with brands to build a bigger storey through technology, marketing, design, development and digital marketing. While we are 100% remote, we have a close culture. Everyone knows everyone and we have numerous Slack channels for more than just projects. We meet regularly online and at least once a year in person.

What does the role involve?
Working with our Head of SEO, you'll be an integral part of the team helping to ensure the long term success of our web-based projects. Helping clients launch brand new websites as well as refine existing ones, you'll be their go-to-guru when it comes to all things search engine optimization. You'll be a key authority holder in terms of making the right decisions that can help propel our clients to the next level. As well as helping our clients climb the search rankings, you'll also work on our own internal brands to ensure we also benefit from higher rankings. This is a truly diverse role working on a wide range of projects in an array of different sectors. You'll have a lot of autonomy and a huge opportunity to grow in this role to wherever you see yourself in the future.

Who are you?
You are a proven SEO with skills that all aspects of search engine optimization including On-Page SEO, Off-Site SEO, Technical SEO, Digital PR and more. You live and breathe SEO and are always keeping on top of the latest algorithm changes and latest industry news. You enjoy managing your own time and are happy jumping from project to project as needed, autonomy is something you do every day! You're exceptionally talented when it comes to auditing websites, creating solutions and suggestions and don't mind communicating directly with clients when required. Working with the Head of SEO as well as the wider Marketing Team, you will be a key resource when it comes to ensuing the long term success of the websites we build.
What's your experience?
- At least three years SEO experience, ideally within an agency
- Full understanding of all disciplines of SEO
- Expert level Google Analytics knowledge
- Confident with SEM Rush
- Pro with Screaming Frog
- Experience acquiring high-quality backlinks
- Exceptional written and verbal English
- Happy creating SEO-focused copy when required
- Experience managing projects autonomously
- Experience managing clients directly
- Can back up the above with previous projects you've worked on
