Never Settle are an award-winning digital marketing agency that partners with brands to build a bigger storey through technology, marketing, design, development and digital marketing. Founded in Denver, Colorado and built across the globe, Never Settle work with companies of all sizes from start ups to established enterprises, providing the technology, design and strategy they need to succeed.
Our business is built on three pillars of services: Web, Marketing and Design. We offer everything a business needs to succeed online but only focus on providing the very best service in a few select areas. We have won numerous awards and been featured in many publications for our achievements.
While we are 100% remote, we have a close culture. Everyone knows everyone and we have numerous Slack channels for more than just projects. We meet regularly online and at least once a year in person.

What does the role involve?
Help shape our clients and our own internal brands with this incredible opportunity to join Never Settle as a Copywriter. Working largely with the marketing team, you'll be helping to craft copy for a wide range of marketing uses including (but not limited to) blogs, SEO-focused landing pages, marketing emails, social media posts, press releases and a whole lot more. This is a really independent role where you'll be expected to take a brief and craft exactly what is required. This role may require a little research, so you'll need to be comfortable finding the facts for yourself at times. It's also super important that you are familiar with SEO and are capable of writing copy that both users and search engines will enjoy reading.
Please note: We are open to part time and freelancers should there be a good fit for the both of us.
Who are you?
You have a way with words and are gifted with grammar. You have exceptional written and verbal English skills and can turn the most mundane request into expertly-written and enjoyable to read copy. You'll have an understanding of tone of voice and be able to adapt to all of our clients as well as our own internal brands. You won't mnd getting stuck in and conducting research as required. You enjoy a challenge and don't won't mind writing a 2,000 word blog one minute then helping come up with some tag lines the next.
What's your experience?
- At least three years proven experience as a copywriter
- Ideally experience working with an agency or as part of a marketing team
- A solid understanding of SEO and how copy can affect search
- An understanding and enjoyment for all things marketing related
- Experience speaking directly with clients if required
- Exceptional written and verbal English skills
