While we are 100% remote, we have a close culture. Everyone knows everyone and we have numerous Slack channels for more than just projects. We meet regularly online and at least once a year in person.

Role requirements
A full-time, remote role for an experienced Business Development Manager with Digital Agency experience.
Business Development Managers are an integral role that give potential future clients a lasting first impression of Never Settle, its culture and its people. The role not only focuses on closing new projects, but building lasting relationships with our clients, which has been essential to our long-term success.
Never Settle works with a with a consultative approach, meaning we are always looking to advise our clients with genuine recommendations that will help them exceed their goals. It is essential that we build lasting bonds with our clients with their long term aspirations in mind.
This approach has been perfected over more than 10 years of experience serving a range of clients from start-ups to globally-recognized enterprizes and continues to adapt as we improve our methodology. Business Development Managers are an important part of ensuring we're the right for our clients and our clients are the right fit for us. You will play an important role in gathering the client's requirements and translating these into recommendations as a consultant to their needs. Once a project has been closed, Business Development Managers translates the needs of a client into a brief for the Project Managers to action.
Our team is flexible, adaptable and independent, which is essential for a 100% remote agency. As a Business Development Manager, you too will have the opportunity to shape the agency's sales processes and work independently as well as with the wider, supportive team.

- A solid understanding of Marketing, Design and Development in order to make recommendations to potential clients
- An understanding of web technologies such as WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify and Webflow
- Efficient, timely and well-organized at all times
- Native-levels of English speaking and writing communication
- Bring new and fresh ideas to the table to enhance our Sales process
Your experience
- 5 years minimum experience in Business Development
- 3 years minimum experience in an Agency setting
- Proven record of scoping projects and building relationships
- Ability to create Standard Operating Procedures and lead others in them
- Ability to communicate professionally with technical and non-technical colleagues and clients
- Comfort with / easy adaptation to new tools
- Experience working independently and remotely
- Experience in a similar US-based role
