This is the true Never Settle story of how we launched 12 products in 12 weeks, the lessons we learned through our experiences, and a practical guide for rapid product development using Lean principles. This book walks through the real-world challenges and breakthroughs we had while persevering through a new product launch every week for 12 weeks. It also documents our mistakes and provides easy to follow guidance and ways to apply all the things we learned in your own business or product development adventures. It’s both a practical guide and an entrepreneurial journal filled with epic imagery that will help you remember the lessons it covers.View the Project

I wanted to reach out and say thanks for a successful launch of the new JellyTelly site. It looks great and while there are a host of small issues to address, the launch went incredibly well considering the amount of changes made. Thanks for your efforts in contributing to a successful launch. It's a huge deal for us as the old site was a major obstacle to scaling.
Lean Startup principles offer incredible insight and methods to run your business, product, or a new feature release in a smarter and more productive way. The beauty of Lean Startup is that it’s a methodology and not an exact formula. However, because it’s not an exact formula, it can be hard to create systematic tests to validate your use, implementation, and adaptation of its principles to your own business. We've made it easier.View the Project
We rebuilt the faith-based media and video subscription service JellyTelly from the ground up to achieve a variety of ambitious objectives the client had for its visitors, members, management, and content teams. The effort included a complete redesign, advanced integrations with several 3rd party enterprise level service API's, a totally custom web application built on WordPress, and automated tools for managing members, data, and marketing automation. Our custom solution connected a variety of services in one central platform for capturing and reporting on custom user-level and content-level analytics, automating the publication of streaming content across web, mobile, and other media devices like Roku, streamlining content and member management and support, and serving a family safe and rich on-demand media experience to members through games, shows, movies, and activities.View the Project
